Do you think the legendary starter kit will switch to saying janthir needed? I don’t have soto yet so i kinda of want to buy the expansion that has the starter kit

Guardian is my first and my main and I love it!!

Necro is imo right now the best starter class by far. Big healthpool, very few weird inconveniences/difficulties for endgame content and a very solid spot in the meta for wvw, instanced pve and open world. The core game can be abit annoying i guess, but as soon as you reach HoT you should be fine. Guardian on the other hand is very easy in the core game, but becomes a noob trap for mid/endgame group content. HFB is one of the most difficult healers to master and both DH and WB have quite some annoying inconveniences/requirements (GS 2 inside hitbox, low healthpool, high apm, animation canceling, accidental interrupts, aegis& willbender flames & resolution uptime etc.)

IF you do not like to do "Jumping puzzle" gw2 not your game you will be MADE to do alot them just to get your mountS its was not fun more like sucking on tolet set and would not wish it on any one it sucks to be made to do Jumping puzzle when you buy the game for having fun and find yourself pissed off do doing the Jumping puzzle crap just to get your mount not worth it i would not buy it again

You forgot an 8th reason, grizzly bear kodan! xD In all seriousness though I do weekly raids with some friends, usually just whatever the emboldened and money are because we don't have that much time, but I'm very excited for a new one to be added into that rotation.

Maybe its just me, but ever since SOTE, i felt like the classes lost a lot of their identity. Now everyone does a little bet of everything so the only real choice is what color you want the aoe to be lol

I don’t play WvW but would like to add the warclaw to my mounts for completion. It won’t add any significant abilities like you mentioned but it’s a mount slot that I haven’t activated. Plus warclaw has some really cool skins!

how exactly is the Vault being expanded upon? (besides the obvious seasonal rewards)

I'm really excited but the release a mere week prior to The War Within is more than unfortunate.

I'm most interested in the new Raid wing, and hoping that the narrative of the story will be interesting and well implemented. Having the Raid wing integrated with the story and available either in the Open World, or in a PvE instance with 25 to 50 players entered through a public portal on a timer, will be an improvement and give non-Raiders a chance to experience the story content that is within the Raid map(s). I think the home instance and new crafting skill that will come with it, should be good for Anet, even though I'm not personally excited about it, and I would have been okay with just being able to decorate our existing home instances in each racial city.

Stronghold is still playable, you just check the box when you queue for unranked. It's on by default so a lot of 1st time players are in the mode.

I know they've only had a year between releases, but really... a spear as the only new gameplay? They need to stop with the "new" weapons and make a damn profession already!

As a WvW player I am not that excited about this expansion. Have not played that much of the last expansion.Not sure what housing will do to my GW2 experience and I never raid and can't see this changing. We do need more maps in WvW.

or you skip fractals and raids and go straight to wvw.

Dungeons are the fastest way to level up. Just join any group in LFG and run the dungeon. One clear will increase your level by 1 or 2. I went from lvl 70 to 80 in 2 hours. Kept running the dungeon and it took me 8 runs to get last 10 levels. One clear gives you between 130k to 160k xp. Thats without any xp boost.

is there a way to stay out of human form as a evoker? every time i get into combat i switch back to human form.

Lots of people think it's bloated, but if you keep changing your play style and special abilities every 25/30 hours then by the very end you have tried and understand every single ability and never really feel bored. This is probably my 2nd favorite assassin's creed. The first being black flag, 3rd is syndicate. I like the unique main characters, the time era's, and how yes, you're an assassin, but in each of these games your something else as well. Viking, pirate, street vagrants. Just gives the a.c. formula an extra layer.

My first character was an Elementalist and my second was a Guardian. I became intimately familiar with the floor and eventually got frustrated and quit Squishy Wars 2. Came back and tried a Necro and the difference is just insane.

Id prefer it to stay gw2 tbh im too attached to the lore. With a whole new game theres way to much for them to fuck up
